Who we are

What we collect

If you are hiring. When you brief us on a role, we receive the role details, engagement type, timing, any notes you add, and your email address, in order to reply.

If you are a candidate. When you introduce yourself, we receive what you tell us about your work, your email, and — where you choose to provide one — a link to your LinkedIn or portfolio. This form does not accept file uploads or CVs; if you are applying to a specific role, you do that through our applicant system instead. We hold what you send us and what we write about our conversation. Nothing is scraped or bought. Your name goes nowhere without your explicit permission, each time, and there are no automated rejections. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we confirm when it is done.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or collect personal data.
