We will not waste your time.
You have had the messages about a “great opportunity” for a stack you have never used. This page is our side of the bargain, written down.
- Tell you the company, the team and the salary range before you decide to talk.
- Read your profile ourselves. No automated rejections — ever.
- Answer, even when the answer is no.
- Ask your permission before your name goes anywhere.
- Tell you what we honestly think your market value is.
- Delete your data when you ask us to.
- Send your CV anywhere without telling you first.
- Pitch you a role we would not consider ourselves.
- Pretend a rate or a package is fixed when it is not.
- Call you every quarter about nothing.
- Let software decide anything about your application.
A CV shows where you have worked. It does not show how you work — which, for a lot of people, is the thing that has changed most in the last two years. We ask about it so we can argue for you properly with a client who cannot see it from two pages of PDF.
You see the profile before a client does, and you can correct it. There is no pass mark, and nobody is filtered out by a level.

[PLACEHOLDER — replace with live vacancies. If there are none, say so: an empty list is better than a stale one.]
Nothing suitable today?
Introduce yourself anyway. We would rather know you before we have the right role than send you something wrong next week.
